Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at Charnley Gold, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be secured with a valid payment method at the time of reservation.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and direct bank transfers for online bookings.

  • A 5% discount is available for direct bookings using promo code DIRECT at checkout.


Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Standard & Weekly Rate Bookings:

    • Free cancellation and modifications are allowed up to 48 hours before check-in.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged for the first night.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings:

    • These bookings are final and cannot be modified or refunded.

  • No-Show Policy:

    • If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date, the full booking amount will be charged.


2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request.

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available at an additional cost.

  • Guests must provide a valid photo ID and booking confirmation at check-in.


3. House Rules & Guest Conduct

  • No smoking is allowed inside the property. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.

  • No outside visitors are allowed in guest rooms without prior approval.

  • Quiet hours apply between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect other guests.

  • We welcome stag and hen parties on weekends, but disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.


4. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.

  • Charnley Gold is not liable for personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.


5. Pets & Accessibility

  • Pets are not allowed at the property.

  • If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking to discuss available accommodations.


6. Parking & Transportation

  • Limited on-street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Blackpool North Railway Station is just 10 minutes away for easy access.

 

 

7. GDPR & Data Protection

At Charnley Gold, we take your privacy seriously and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

What Data Do We Collect?

  • Personal details (name, contact information, booking details).

  • Payment information (secured and processed through encrypted systems).

  • Preferences & special requests to improve your stay.

 

How Do We Use Your Data?

  • To process and confirm bookings.

  • To communicate important updates about your stay.

  • To ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
